Latin for emotion is ’emotere’ meaning energy in motion. In their abstraction, my paintings channel the essence of potent, emotional experiences and psychological states of being through an interplay of colour, mark and form. Mark making responds to feeling as dance to music.
I invite you to immerse yourself in their colour, to bask in its life enhancing spirit and wondrous capacity to excite the eye, engage the heart and awaken the soul.
